WORLD NAVIGATE CO. LTD

What each institution has published about this company, gathered in one place. Not a LIVERSE verdict — we assign no risk score.

① A listing is a claim, not our verdict. The table below mirrors what each institution published under its own criteria — it is not a LIVERSE finding that a company is fraudulent or suspect. Criteria differ by institution and are not absolute.

② Absence from a list does not imply suspicion. As FERM states of its own whitelist, it is not a complete list, nor does exclusion mean a company should be considered suspicious.

Sources

listed by one institution only

Official sources

government bodies or named, verified organisations

Sanctions

OFAC SDN and equivalent government lists

Fake domains using this name

★ a victim signal — not an allegation

How to read “Sources” If separate institutions each listed the same company, that is real corroboration. But the institutions collected so far cover different populations (sanctioned entities, Chinese suppliers, Dutch oil scams, ship managers …), so they rarely overlap — most companies show “1”. A “1” does not mean “safe”.

How are these numbers computed? (full formula)

There are no weights and no score. The counting rules below are the whole of it — nothing is computed off-screen.

Same-company matching — brackets, legal forms (BV, LLC, Ltd …) and punctuation are stripped; only uppercase alphanumerics are compared. Keys shorter than 4 characters are not compared.
Sources — the number of distinct institutions that listed this company. Multiple lists from one institution count once.
★ Impersonation records are NOT counted as negative listings — counting them would make a victim look like an offender.
Sanctions — counts OFAC SDN designations only (issued by a government on a legal basis).

SOURCE RELIABILITY

OFFICIALPublished through formal process by a government body or a named, verified organisation, with documented listing, delisting and dispute procedures.
CLAIMThe operator is identified, but its verification process is not public. Treat entries as that site’s claim, not established fact.
UNVERIFIEDThe operator is not identified, or there is no verification process or dispute channel. Names can appear without evidence — do not rely on this source alone.

★ This grade applies to the source, not to the company. A name appearing on a low-grade source does not by itself mean anything is wrong with that company.
