Bharat Petroleum's refinery at Ambalamugal near Kochi, Kerala -- formerly Cochin Refineries Limited. An Integrated Refinery Expansion Project (IREP) completed in 2017 lifted capacity from 9.5 to 15.5 Mtpa (about 310,000 b/d), one of BPCL's three refineries.
