OVERVIEW
China's first fully integrated foreign-invested refining-petrochemical-marketing joint venture, on Meizhou Bay in Quangang, Quanzhou, Fujian -- a three-way partnership of Fujian Petrochemical Company (50%), ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical (25%) and Saudi Aramco Sino Company (25%). An expansion project tripled crude capacity from 80,000 b/d to 240,000 b/d, alongside an 800,000 t/y ethylene cracker, on stream from early 2009.
