OVERVIEW
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited's (a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation) refinery at Manali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with current capacity of about 210,000 b/d, producing fuels, lubricants, waxes and petrochemicals. In late 2025 CPCL announced plans to expand capacity by roughly a third to 280,000 b/d, targeting a feasibility study by October 2026.
