OVERVIEW
Russia's largest privately-owned oil refinery and the only one built since the Soviet Union's dissolution, commissioned in 2006 in Tyumen. Capacity is about 9 million t/y (roughly 180,000 b/d), with 99% refining depth and Euro-5 diesel output since June 2024. A localized fire on 6 June 2026 -- amid Ukraine's broader drone campaign against Russian refineries -- was contained without major disruption to production.
